Phillip Kilchesky is a dedicated warehouse operations leader with over 10 years of proven experience managing inbound and outbound logistics within high‑volume service centers at Graybar. He leads a team of more than 30 associates and oversees end‑to‑end warehouse operations, driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence through disciplined execution and strong team leadership.

A lifelong resident of the Twin Cities’ northern suburbs, Phillip prioritizes faith and family above all else. As a long‑term recovering addict, he brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in the early stages of recovery. He is committed to leading by example and demonstrating that sustained recovery is achievable through hard work, accountability, and dedication.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, as well as making memories with his family at the cabin. He is a devoted husband and father. Phillip firmly believes that everyone possesses intrinsic potential for success—often waiting to be recognized and nurtured.
