Joy Freeman, MAIRHR

Joy Freeman is a Sober House Manager, leadership coach/trainer, and is dedicated to recovery. She is passionate about creating community around the recovery experience, and helping others to find their path to lifetime sobriety. She is certified in DiSC, MBTl, and Gallup Strengths coach. Joy has 25 years of experience working in corporate environments and easily navigates hierarchy and obstacles to success.

As Vice Chair to the Board of Directors she is resourceful and a creative problem solver. Joy is also a member of the recovery community since August 1, 2023, and finds solace in her female oriented community. She spends her free time reading, walking, and spending time with family.
